Kelowna
Our home base. We serve all of Kelowna's residential neighbourhoods and commercial areas — from the downtown core to the hillside communities. A large portion of Kelowna homes built between 1985 and 1998 still have poly-B pipe, making this one of the most active areas for repipes in the Okanagan.
West Kelowna
Just across the bridge, West Kelowna (formerly Westbank) saw significant residential growth through the 1980s and 90s — the same window when poly-B was widely installed. We regularly service homes across West Kelowna's neighbourhoods for poly-B replacement, hot water tanks, and renovation plumbing.
Lake Country
North of Kelowna along Okanagan and Wood Lakes, Lake Country is a mix of established family homes and newer developments. We serve all of Lake Country for plumbing repairs, renovations, and new construction rough-ins. Response times from our Kelowna base are fast.
Peachland

One of Kelowna's most established residential areas, Rutland has a high concentration of homes built in the poly-B era. We're very active in Rutland for both poly-B replacements and general plumbing — short drive from our base means fast response times.

Homes built between 1985 and 1998 across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Peachland frequently have poly-B supply pipe still in the walls.
